VIP TICKET HOLDERS

Here are some things you should know before you arrive!

• Official Queuing for Check-In is scheduled to begin at 2:00PM. Unregulated lines will not be honored for Entry or Check In. For your safety, there is no Camping or Queuing allowed on the WAMU Theater property prior to 1:30PM.

• Check In for XTRA X VIP (VIP 1) and XTRA G VIP (VIP 2) is scheduled to begin at 3:00PM. Check-In will be located in front of the WAMU mural next to the box office. Please refer to your designated VIP tier Check-In booth. A valid form of identification and valid ticket (Printed / Electronic) must be presented to redeem your VIP benefits.

• To ensure that all VIP ALPHAZ are able to attend the Pre-Show Sound Check event, we ask that you arrive on time and no later than 4:30PM to check-in and redeem your VIP benefits. Queuing for the Sound Check event is scheduled to begin at 4:30PM. XTRA X and XTRA G VIPs will be queued at the main entrance for entry. *Late arrival to the event is subject to forfeit of the VIP benefit.

• VIP gifts will be distributed during the Check-In process.• Please be advised that there is a strict no camera, no video, and no livestream policy. Violation of this policy is subject to removal from the facility.

• Gifts will not be accepted. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
